BAE SYSTEMS, (GLOBAL M113 Fielding FSR HBCT)                                                   2008-2013

·   Document the problem, develop procedures, and communicates recommend corrective action to the customer. Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant disciplines, industry practice, trends, and applications.

·   Responsible for the reception, de-processing, BII inventories and issue of 1026 M113 Family of vehicles to the Iraqi Armor Depot for subsequent issue to the Iraqi Army.

·   Provided technical assistance, planned daily operations to maintain production, annotated systemic issues that were noted during initial inspections and maintained a database to capture all maintenance actions and trends to report to the project manager.

·   Provided work direction to field service teams on multiple tasks from organizational to depot level maintenance and provide the necessary training to ensure internal and external requirements are meet.

·   Monitored personnel strength throughout the project to ensure all task were completed on time and within the contract requirements.

·   Maintain configuration control databases and responsible for all logistic functions for assigned field service projects.

·   Point of contact with customers, suppliers, and division management in regards to scheduling, technical issues and administrative matters. Resolve sensitive issues with customers regarding funding and scheduling.

·   Testing, repair, maintain, installation, to ensure product are in compliance with customer’s requirements Analyze systems functions and deficiencies and proved feedback to recommend design changes to engineering.

·   Perform pre –overhaul system inspection and prepare detailed reports outlining system failures and discrepancies and recommend corrective actions that’s needed.

·   With competent troubleshooting resolve subsystem failures, mechanical and servo systems misalignments. Document the failures; develop procedures and recommended corrective action to customer and division management.

·   Aided BAE SYSTEMS FSR with the Fielding of M113 FOV per PMHBCT schedule for the reception, de-processing, BII inventories and issue of M113 Family of vehicles
